Skip hoist concrete batching plant is a simple and cost-saving concrete production equipment. It is very suitable for small project or small concrete supplier. It is easy to operate and maintain, usually, two workers are enough to keep the batching plant running. Due to the simple structure, it is also very easy to install, disassemble and move to new job sites.

Foundation free concrete batching plant

For traditional concrete batching plant, we need to make big reinforced concrete foundation for each part, especially the cement silo and mixing tower. These foundations are both time-consuming and cost-consuming. In order to solve this problem, we designed the foundation free concrete batching plant for which we don't need to make foundation.

For each part of foundation free concrete batching plant, there is a steel base. We just need to make sure the job site ground is hard and dry, we can place the machine on the ground and start to work directly. In this way, we can save much time and cost to make reinforced concrete foundation. And it is also very easy to disassemble and move to another job site.

Dry mix concrete batching plant

At present, most people use wet mix concrete batching plant and concrete mixer trucks. Concrete batching plant weigh all the materials and then mix them evenly; And then the concrete mixer truck will deliver concrete to job sites. Throughout the process, concrete mixer truck is mainly responsible for transportation.

Dry mix concrete batching plant only weighs all the materials as per concrete formula, and then discharge them into concrete mixer truck. The process of mixing all materials is done in concrete mixer truck. Throughout the process, concrete mixer truck is responsible for both transportation and mixing.

Dry mix concrete batching plant does not have the mixing system as the one "wet mix" concrete batching plant possess. Therefore, the dry mix concrete batching plant overcomes some inherent defects of the "wet mix" concrete batching plant, which is not only suitable for the working conditions of the wet mix concrete batching plant, but also for extreme conditions such as high temperature, high heat, high altitude and long transportation distance etc.

This is a customized horizontal cement silo for our European client. It has the following parts:

Horizontal cement silo

With over 10-year experience of horizontal cement silo production, our horizontal cement silo has the following advnatages:

1. Over 97% of the horizontal cement silo volume can be uitlized;

2. Special design to make sure the silo bottom screw won't be blocked;

1000T cement silo

Traditionally, we use cement silo to store dry powder material like cement, fly ash etc. It is usually equipped with accessories like filter, level indicator, flow promotion device, safety valve to ensure it works efficiently and environment friendly. Cement silo is a key part of concrete batching plant.

Currently, we can produce 20T to 2000T cement silo in welding type or bolted type. Welding type cement silo is easy to install but inconvenient for transportation; While bolted type cement silo is convenient for transportation but time-consuming for installation.
